A Doordarshan Live Phone-in Prorgram through which Mr. Anjum Parwez the previous District Collector of gulbarga listening to the grievances of the local public and answering to their queries and suddenly an unexpected question aired to Mr. Anjum Parvez by an undergraduate student Requesting “To create a talent search platform for the students of this region in discovering their talent in the field of literary and cultural discipline”.
Mr. Anjum Parvez responding to the anxiety of the question in a very positive and patient manner invited the student to his office and than how the seeds of pratibha your festival was sowed and a idea that took the shape of a collective vision.

Symbol of change

Women symbolizing change as she is most compassionate and complimentary human being on our earth who civilized the society shower her compassion and complement different roles at different times. From ancient to medieval and now to modern times women has been a constructive force in igniting minds and empowering society for a better future of her family, nation, and the world nevertheless the sagacity of women which is inscribed in our scriptures portrayed in various mediums of mass communication and echoed every year on women’s’ day in national and international forums, yet she suffers violence, dowry deaths, sexual abuse, and harassment which is her another pity face that is often gets less pictured and take the shade of her tearful eyes which is nothing but the reality, she is exploited by applying atrocities because of the dominance and discrimination by man and also women too which is heinous and impotent act against the respect of women and against the ethical living principles that we endowed and vowed from our education to practice.

The theme on the women’s’ empowerment day for this year is “Women and men united to end violence against women” The central message of the theme which highlight once again is the ‘violence’ on women that has to be exterminated from our society which has become common ritual in urban and rural places where society claims to be developed and diversified so do the attitude for women had to still match with the word of ‘develop’ and act of violence on women which are dividing women from women, man from man, and civilization from culture. The very own culture which we learn from a women that never give us teaching of her exploitation in the name of culture though our past give us many illustration about holding women in high esteem but as the changing faces of time as women started getting more empowered she has underwent practices of exploitation in multiplied manner in the present but we can; yes we can change the future.

We have to acknowledge her presence (achievements) which has linked the socio-economic-and political factors that shapes our identity and identical society by values, love, care and sacrifice, she submits herself for the sake of her family to flourish but today the same civilization who learned the culture of respect from her is mishandling her values and her in the name of culture that needs collective condemned. we have to accept the truth and practice to put forward a healthy competitive spirit and bury any form of violence and prejudices against women who not only represent her individual self but a whole family, our society needs a rationalization of accepting women as their equals and stop exhuming the precedents of violence and not to keep repeating history that showcase victimization of her by violence. Their should be efforts to educate and create awareness among masses on the theme of the women‘s day through out the year in rural and urban platforms by meaningful initiatives and successful role models than only the theme will yield fruit for its sowing. As women of India today is undergoing a transformation of change in her face with sheer dedication and determination and contributing socially, economically and politically. She is playing an important role in the nation building and she needs to be motivated for growing, and grooming in achieving great heights with the help and support of everyone in the society. The need is to not just introduce welfare schemes, legislations or constitution of women groups and programs but what we actually need is to strengthen her voice to win, win over the violence, win over the social evils in the society, and win over herself in all disciplines, The history is witnessed for the numerous events where women created history and she is still adding pages to history with her contribution and endeavoring for the society to grow that equally needs a change of mindset in the males and Indian society to acknowledge the changing face of women and change their personal self for a better society of love and harmony.

Let me hope this women’s empowerment day symbolize the women and men symbolize the change and to act not only to end the violence but also celebrate the victory of women.

Let us stand united.

India is a soft target for the external violence by ideology of terror and horrific paradigm that is unethical and unjustified, if we see the terrorist attacks on the world particularly in India from past few years it has always been an attempt to break down the fabric of 'pluralism' and solidarity of people by creating panic and fear among the people to pollute the peaceful environment and hamper the soci-economic and political growth of the nation nevertheless India was courageous to overcome such travesties.

Terrorism is an act that is done for creating violence and panic among the people by the extreme elements for their self interests and they are stimulated with wrong tents and suffering from fear psychosis. however their is no concrete definition available for terrorism but to the global understanding now terrorism is a global problem of violence that needs global support in staggering it out. The scourge of terrorism at any place in the world has deliberately waged to create pandemonium, insecurity, and fear among people. every time and everywhere people have became vulnerable to the untoward incidents that may take place it has in turn lead to extreme susceptibility and break down of their collective trust on each other; today at this juncture we have to nail out asking not why this is happening but how we need to tackle it. since September 9/11 the global community has became alert in realizing the problem but India was constantly target prior to it.The ways and means could be hard stringent in tackling terrorism it has became an moreover political, and academic issue to discus rather an emergent issue to solve it. the need based approach to resolve the menace of terrorism is not to have conferences, survey, or debates but to reform people and build confidence in them in understanding terrorism. when people understand and internalize in the proper manner than they can display a solidarity and it can better serve the purpose, the basic need is to take people into confidence and make every people ready to fight against this elements.Their is also enormous pressure on bringing legislation but we need to strengthen our existing legislation on a implementing mode simultaneously making the intelligence agencies more efficient, we need to modernize and upgrade our police machinery with co-operation of other anti terrorist unit functioning in other parts of the world, and the government should be proactive in financing and reforming to give the personnel’s qualitative training from expertise resources.

The political parties should get united and extend its whole hearted support in to stuck down terrorist activities in any part of the state than politicizing it to their vested interests, the decision to bring federal investigation agency is welcome equally their can be special courts to deal with such cases quickly.

The role of intellectual civil society has became immensely important and increased their responsibility in imparting the hazardous consequences of terrorism to their students to give a better perspective than inflaming the nationalistic sentiments the meaningful knowledge is better than the half knowledge.

The vital and purposeful role could be played by media (print and electronic) and the film industry to restrain or use a little caution in dealing with this sensitive matter than get carried away and fish in tight waters.

All the above steps stated are discus and being discus but what is the tragic irony is that they have remain in discussion and come alive on instances of terror attacks. we need a collective commitment to stand united to discard this terrorist violence in displaying our diversity in unity. let us stand united in facing this problem with sheer stoicism and tackle this disease in saving and making humanity to render their best in constructing society better place to live and let live others peace fully.

Happy Independence Day

India to Indians

India is a land of festivals, whosoever attributed this tag to the India might have been spend enormous time in India or grown with the times in India. Festivals are the integral part of our life, we cannot imagine life without fairs and festivals as round the year 365 days we will be celebrating festivals, anniversaries, days and reasons to celebrate.

While I was traveling back to my place I met a Japanese co-traveler in train, we were anonymous for a while to each other but became soon good friends and started conversation about India and Japan. I was fortunate my friend was knowing English, and equally unfortunate I had not learn the ‘J’ of the Japanese language. I was happy to reckon the curiosity of my co-traveler to know more about my country from me, my Japanese friend asked me about my nation while explaining the Incredible India, I could see the joy of excitement in the eyes of my friend. After the conclusion of my narration about India, he asked me to describe Indian people with India into three roman words, This gave me a buzz to my mind to describe such a big nation and diversified people in three words, I felt little bemused but it was prerogative of courtesy to oblige the guest on the tracks of my country. I answered ‘Dance, Music, and Food’. which are the attire of people of my nation you cannot find an Indian detached from these three belongings anywhere in any part of the world. This answer was well taken by my friend but I couldn’t gaze his real expression of satisfaction to my answer. I with the same anxiety asked him the similar question to define his people with his country in three words he got little elated and changing his body language and with sheer proud voice answered Patriotism, Honesty and Hard-work. I failed to collect the expression of my friend but my friend easily recognized my embarrassment with his answer which was out standing to my answer.
The knowledge and time we shared was meaningful as my destination arrived I have to bid him good bye, but I was engrossed in his answer thinking about my answer and to resemble similarity of his answer as attire to the diversified individuals of Indian civil society. I thought to give a break for the introspection from the indo-Japanese conversation and land into rest from the tiredness of journey. It was luxurious irony I had a dream in my sleep about the conversation and the three words hounding to teach me something nevertheless I possess and enamor the spirit and letter of these three words but I venture to experiment these valuable words and their value among my friends.

My friends where as usual were happy to meet me after a gap but more than me, they were excited to know something interesting happened with me while my boarding and arriving during my journey. It was disappointment to their eagerness to know that I had a safe journey and no accidents of crushes took place but the worst resentment they showed was when I told I traveled in the company of senior citizens and a foreigner, the instant reply ‘HOW BORING’ I can’t understand the apprehensions of the people to looking for some miracle take place while traveling, they feel pleasant to travel in the company of gurls so do I but it is destiny ’s choice, than they should better take the tickets in the ladies compartment or check the board-list and travel. I narrated them my conversation with my Japanese friend and nobody where really showed any enthusiasm to learn about what I learned from my journey, we dispersed after a casual get-together and exchanging dialogues about some thing which is important to us gurls, movies, and gadgets etc.

I came back my home and saw my younger niece practicing some drawing on the plain papers I asked her about what she is indulge in she replied she is preparing for the independence day painting competition which is organized on the eve of independence day in her school. I asked her what is the subject she said I have to draw ‘colorful India’. it instantly reminded me six words during my journey dance, music, food - patriotism, honesty, hard work. I was surprised seeing the patriotic spirit in my niece which has come for the competition to win she was doing her honest hard-work.I than turn to the television their was saga of hypocrisy going on in every channel the season of 15th august Indian independence day, week probably also month which come for a week on every year. The media print, electronic were running polls, features , exclusive features such as what unites India, Indian youth today, history for independence etc you can participate in the polls, contest, and opinions by using your mobiles, mails and land-phones. The texture of colors were have exhausted living only the three colors orange of joy, white of peace, and green of nature. Everywhere around me these colors were furling, my vision was blurred to see other colors.I was joined by my friends in college next day, it was 13th august, the teachers were also in the mood of freedom and under-preparation of independence day celebrations hence classes were virtually turned into chatting and celebrating halls. My friends were remarking their observations among them ‘are yaar ye independence day ek hafta phele ata tu kitna acha tha nahi hum friendship aur freedom week ek saath mana the aur ek hafta college ko chuti marte’ I had no answer to the intellectual question of my friend. I just said great observation and reminded him he was not seen for pre and post friendship day celebration week, my friend quickly replied to my taunt yaar I did planned many things for the eve and I was executing them. Asking on what are the plans for the independence day everyone unanimously echoed movie chalte hain, hotel chalengae aur shaam par disco mein independence day ka koi partner ko dundete hue dance karengae. I feel proud to myself for a moment for the answer I gave to my Japanese friend describing my people of dance, music and food. later I felt ashamed to remember his answer none of my friends said we’ll come to college or we’ll go to stadium to host flag and sing national anthem. I understood we are worst, freedom means nothing for us except dance music and food. at least we should get inspiration from media which are also nothing but seasonal hypocrites.

My niece had won a place in her competition and she was anxiously waiting for the day to arrive for she being the recipient of the prize for her hard-work, and honesty at least no matters for the spirit of patriotism. My niece was chatting and informing me about her competition and colors she used orange white and green in drawing her picture. She suddenly started counting her fingers on something I asked her what she is doing she replied I am calculating we celebrate so many festivals, days, events like friendship-day, independence-day, teachers day, children’s day, happy new years day valentines day, Rakhi, Diwali, Holi, Ramzan Christmas. If I won all the competitions in this festivals how many prizes I will be having, I smiled at her and asked than when you will be studying on examination day, she said jokingly on the study day.I for a while keeping jokes apart thought that we are so busy the whole year in fairs, anniversaries, festivals and days and going for vacations, there is virtually time to work and study but still we manage to do it in our residue time.
August 15th I had washed and ironed my white Nehru kurta which is the dress code everyone wear for at least a day in mark of projection of self than respect to nation, I thought of going to the stadium and furl the national flag and watch the colorful dances by college students’ tap my feets too and get the sweets. But all my hard-work patriotic thoughts were washed away, I was assigned the undesired responsibility to accompany my niece to her school early by our family peers, I had my plans but once an order made by elders it is very difficult to over-ruled and I obeyed with all my honesty because the blood of king honest was flowing in my veins

The later evening I and my friends met at our adda (meeting place of friends) I was the first to tell them about my day how mixed it was similarly everyone contributed their day activity, yaar it was so boring 1.yaar mummy ne jaldi jaga diya as she had to go office to chanda chadene ke liye and I have to drop her sari neend karab hogi, sapna tutgaya I was with Malika sherawat watching movie with her. We were about to go for dinner water rain on my face. Aur kya tha mummy ko chod aya aur mp3 player par shakira ke gane sun tha raha aur ghar-par dance kiya. 2. I overslept and wake up at 12p.m. and had breakfast and lunch together thoda sa digestion problem hogya soda piya aur teak hogaya 3. Another friend repiled sare cable ke channeloe par azadi ka rang chada hain ek bi masala movie nahi dale sari pakavu flime chal rahe the so I was playing computer game whole day. at the last but not the least I was optimistic to hear some one might have been to celebrate the independence day and asked my last friend about his day, his answer was unbelieving 4. mere din Papa mere liye kal ek kitab laye hain ‘how to learn English in 30 days’ half day tak who padta raha, aur papa apne liye ek cool book laye hain 101 ways of making love. half day who padta raha sara din padaye mein nikal gaye aur shamm pe tumare saath baita hoonIdiots no one went for flag hosting asking nahi yaar, bhul gaye agle saal phir aagaya agle saal chale jayange. I felt ashamed of myself and embarrassed to recall three words of my Japanese friend Patriotism, Honesty, Hard-work does these words have any relevance meaning in front of today’s powerful words Dance, Music and Food. The irony is that my friends didn’t forget in stocking their belly at the right time.When I came to my home I read the famous lines from paper lying on a table of Rabindranath Tagore’s, I regret to the poet feelings and said, sir your country is sleeping and people dreaming I shall be only proud when I will reply to my Japanese friend in Japan India to Indian people means to patriotism, honesty and hard work.

Education - A reality Check A Pan India Prespective

Education is often misconceived as a course for attaining the university credentials; it is rather an exercise of acquiring knowledge to acknowledge skills. It is for one who is having the quest to discover the fragrance of education which is an incessant eternal bliss to transform generations and conquer hearts with persuasiveness in moulding once personalities into great lives. In today’s context the modern education systems possess less normative values and more numerical thirst. The voices are fairly divided in numbers contemplating their views on the subject, if it is not ambiguity than the other name can be better termed as duplicity where students are thought one thing, practice some thing and performed another thing. Our forefathers might have taught and aspired something bigger than this precedent, it is also untrue that the proper wisdom is in dearth but the lacuna is the inability to convert the wisdom from books to brains. The question is, is there a sky where students can spread their wings of delinquency? I believe we are witnessing more dark clouds to find that sky or we have lost it. Whatever it may be let us endeavor to discover it.

In my recent visit to a school interacting with class twelve students my visit gave me emotions of joy, jealousy and sadness. I was very happy to see the students who were bright like clay anxious for themselves to take beautiful shape in their lives; I was jealous because watching their zeal and opportunities available to them which was not their at my time, and what made me sad while I was interacting a group of students they were very passionate about their favorite subject ‘physics’ it was nice to see their ambition to top in physics but when I asked whether they like to go into history and take a research on ‘gravitational force’ their were bleak expression on the faces, their looks with pause was an embarrassing situation to the teacher accompanying me in the class room who suddenly interrupted requesting me for moving to another class; I was exercising to evaluate the students who are receiving their education in such a good ambience with great ambitions but they are not willing to acquire anything more than their chapters. This is an important alarming example, today most of the students’ are immensely focused in acquiescing theoretical knowledge with less practical exposure and without conceptualization of the matter. The achievement for students today is their name in the merit list, no matter how it come whether the means are good, or bad all are bygone chapters only the end should be obtaining merit.

In such circumstances the knowledge of books remains in the books and the desire to gain maximum number in the subject become priority. This makes very difficult to define education in the present scenario, which requires a paradigm shift to acquire knowledge but not numbers. In this atmosphere there are some exceptional students who suffer in their tryst with knowledge but nevertheless few succeed in crossing their academic channel. It is the need of hour that we do not need only few but we need everyone through the right channel; this could be done by upgrading the standards of education with the changing needs and also imparting implicit understanding about education from number speed to knowledge speed. The education that has under went transformation with great rapidity, it was considered once upon a time revered as a manifestation of developing the character of men now it as become a flourishing industry precisely students’ as its products. This is under constant experimentation by the government that often provides scope for building culverts between students’ and their reasoning ability and foul playing with the vibes of the present and future irrespective of the past results. The efforts should be in awakening the students to discover his personal self by bridging the gap between ignorance and knowledge. If education is under the process of experiments for the change in good faith of the rising requirements let it be so. However constant experimentation will leads towards exploitation on the successful established results, the solution for this is a broader framework with long term policy in accommodating and empowering students’ communities through a universal system of education. Where the curriculum of subjects should be framed according to the delinquency and in the interest of the students to acquire knowledge with an inclusive perspective and the examination and evaluation pattern should carry the methods and approach in mentoring students than numbering them.

The youth has a major role to play in nation building, the policy makers and co-related agencies has to categorically realized this dictum and make a way for their march independently rather imprisoning and conditioning their reasoning capability into a prisoners ideology. In the era of Liberalization, globalization and privatization There is need to cater proper guidelines in streamlining the educational environment for meaningful purpose in making education to reach to the grassroots levels to the commoners rather being constrained for the few privileged class; the other important factor is demarcating the mushroom growth and expansion of new and existing educational establishments; Their has been a steep downfall in the standards in maintaining the proper quality of the available and sufficient existing institutions and starting more universities, colleges in the entitlements for Minorities, woman’s, NRI’S, and Tribal, will create an adverse competition in the name of education where the real purpose of imparting education will remain unserved. The accrediting norms and the functioning of institution with accountability parameters for the accreditation also need proper checks at proper intervals from the present one.

The autonomy to the educational institution is often debated but this should be taken in a positive sense to increase the efficiency to the par of the public institutions of learning with private institutions, the autonomy can be granted on a time scale for the academic improvisation and better results for the only deserving institutions. The criteria should be provided to the institutions for compulsory maintaining the standards of autonomy and renewal or suspension for deferring in fulfilling the conditions. There is also need to keep vigil on the practices such as luring the panel and putting influence and other vices playing a prominent role in achieving autonomy, these factors though see their ends in failures but some times they do succeed. There is a need for transparent and multi-devised mechanism which should be free from any kind of such initiatives, this will enhance the quality spirit and balance in the demands and help the existing institutions to function proficiently to achieve proper status of autonomy.It would be incorrect to state that the Politicians should kept away from the education sphere; In a democracy, education is a department of government and the law makers plays a paramount role in enacting the welfare legislations who are in a supreme position where they provide the resources for the operation of the institutions and their support cannot be ignored, their guidance would be much of useful in growing educational establishments, the need is to restructure and make harmonious understanding between legislators and enforcement agencies in implementing the government programs appropriately.

The most important need for today is the regulatory authority for a uniform fees structure for long term period on the fees that collected for various courses from students in various states (academic institutions), some institutions expenditure for a student incurring apart from his regular fees in completing is course is exorbitant. The consensus on the uniform fees structure can be brought by constituting a regulatory authority for public private and students’ interest on the lines of TRAI (Telecom Regulatory authority of India). This will comprise of members from government, public and private institutions. This fee structure can be revised after a long interval; this step will be a very welcome step for the students’ fraternity.The financial aspect to the educational establishments through grants needs a recheck a three-tier module frame work can be work out categorizing the institution on their performance and utilization of grants; The following could a better viable module that can facilitate giving a proper account and value to the financial help given to the numerous institutions.

· In class A: The qualitative and premier institutions which are functioning on a academic level with a par excellence and autonomously contributing fair amount of revenue to the government;

· In class B: Those institution that are on an average to the above and striving for excellence with their dedicated efforts and working on the parameters to join into the Class A.
· In class C: Those institutions that under perform to fulfill the pre-requisites to be in the above two classes but are functioning hard to bring them into the mainstream, these institutions can be given a special help and support with the time frame and finance so that they can rapidly develop.The education sector will play a vital role in fulfilling the dream of Dr.Kalam to develop India by 2020; as these three classes shall be merged with only one class of excellence irrespective of any caste or linguistic distinction, it shall serve the mission statement to empower people through education and explore them to be a more responsible and resourceful citizen of India.

There is also a need for correct procedural guidelines to the institutions of learning from foreign countries which are making their way into India indirectly through memorandum of understandings with Indian universities. In the wake of economic reforms the world has shrink from global world to global village, the octopus of liberalization along with trade, culture have also grab education compelling to revolutionize according to the changing dimensions. It has resulted into a more sophisticated process than before making the onus of quality better with increase competition and renewed strategies and dilapidated concern has braced it into a commercial venture. This enterprise needs a revival for up-gradation of the Public national educational institutions of learning by filling the gaps and working more efficiently than earlier.
We cannot anticipate seeing the difference unless the people contribute in creating the difference in the institution as mentors to accept the change. A good teacher can define the destiny of his pupil if he is honest in his commitment to the cause to render responsible citizens to the society. It is true good numbers of teachers in spite of the harsh conditions are executing their job in a fine manner but the anticipation from teachers to keep education institution in total qualitative management is immensely large, hence teachers also need to refresh and updated their own self to accept and accommodate to the innovative invasions in education sphereThe situation of government institution at the bottom level is in a sorry state because it is not only the mid-day meal that is suffice but what is more needed is to meet the requirements of proper infrastructure and appointment of teachers and appropriately dividing the maximum workload on teachers, the present teachers execute apart from their educational work, extra government related work like census survey, election duties, etc. the heat of competition created by the private educational institutions is continuously making to introspect public institutions and teachers to recount and to put their work and priorities on a primary basis.

Another serious problem is the improper pay packets and remuneration to the teachers for their services contributed in architecting the humanity; it is very disrespectful for the wages that paid to a teacher for their services comparatively to the other profession of their contemporary cadre. This practice has brought the evil culture of tuitions, and other malpractices that detracts many of teachers from their morality. The Knowledge commissions constituted for the welfare of education and teachers with their reports, recommendations have been fairly debated, criticized and less implemented.The relationship between the teacher and students also needed a special mention in present context. It is only the students should to realize their role and responsibilities, the student and teachers are visualizing a yawning gap between them, this could be due to lack of empathy and high expectations more than the needed, the students these days due to huge competition are under surmount pressure to do well in their academics from teachers, parents, relatives, and friends which is making their life less meaningful. The implications of this pressure are drastic resulting into demoralizing the confidence of the student, igniting him to commit suicides and students indulging in other sorts of negative practices which is destroying their image and creating the gap. needlessly teachers regrets to speak their views about the attitude of the young generation of India today in a less positive way whereas the students express their frustration about teachers and their conventional methodology, in the modern era of media wires and gadgets where information is just a click away, the students have found for themselves a friend, philosopher, guide and a teacher in the virtual world in the face of ‘technology’. This has modernized the entire system of education and also made students’ more vulnerable from its side affects that can wither their incomprehensive personality.
The technology enrooting into education arena has brought new opportunities and challenges of its own, the distance education through Indian satellite ‘Edusat’ has been a sliver lining where it has been a blessing opportunity to the students and reaching up to semi-urban and rural areas, this has in turn posed a challenge to the teachers to develop themselves with change or drift away. The concept of distance education getting rapidly popular and bringing various disciplines into her basket with readymade study course ware and communicating media instruments (Audio tapes, CD’s & DVD’s) on the subjects with enticing students to think on their intuition and perform various practical assignments, this is bringing students and teachers on a crossway, the role of teacher in a student life in coming days particularly in his higher education going to be minimal and of little importance as the distance education system instill in students a spirit of inquest which the present teachers have failed to rekindle in them. We should be shameful of ourselves in wasting our time and energy by echoing our voices often on privatization of higher education; nevertheless these voices should make them heard not against the privatization but for the improvisation of public institutions where quality is on the preferential side than on priority. There is also a possibility in the coming future in india the foreign universities may start functioning their distance learning centers in India affiliated to premier institution such as Oxford university London, Harvard university United states of America, Sydney university Australia etc. Though it may not largely affect to the professional and vocational education but still the distance education mode of learning may diversify the whole process of existing system of education and become a new area for revenue contribution to the nation.
Conclusion
This should be the aim of the education culture whether regular or distance to impart knowledge to the students to learn the fundamentals in acquiring proficiency in a discipline by balancing their carrier ambitions with social responsibilities and to have value neutrality approach towards professional or personal life with the theoretical and practical knowledge in a holistic perspective fuelled with positivism and confidence for a inclusive participation in nation building, The government needs to have a reality check on education through regular performance audits and returning reports on financial incurs and academic achievements with a larger frame work and better reviewed policies giving more particular emphasis on curriculum and understanding the psychological delinquency of the students to empower the future through implementing the recommendations of constituted commissions and running a movement of awareness on importance of education in life and reducing the gender inequality represented in educational establishments. The thrust should be also given in creating proper avenues and delivering facilities with good infrastructure, appropriate grants and allocation of autonomy to the deserving institution without any pre-conceived notions, the need is to equally realize the solemn relationship of teacher-student and compliment them with emerging disciplines and technologies to overcome the lacunas and to have proper reality checks in education to civilized man to characterize his role in a civil society through facilitating a proper network to connect Bharat with India in the global map.

Mita kar fasale ki duri do dilone ke muje us ne yaadone ke shabnam mein bigoeya aur khud ko us ne mere justju mein khoya, maine us ko pane ke liye khud ko ranje ke rang mein rangavaya tu usne bhi muje apna ne ke liye heer ka gunguhat apnaya,

Mar kar bhi na hue juda jis tara Laila aur kais , kismaat ne use mera dil aur muje uske dhadkan bana diya, hua karshima kuch is tara, jis tara samunder ne lherone ko sahil se mila diya, use tara mere rab ne mujko muje se uske esaas mein mila diya.

Nighaone ki zuban

Originally uploaded by wazari
Agar zuban nighaone mein hoti, tu yeh nighane kya khete. ?

Main ne kya nahi dekha is kainyaat mein.

Kushi ko jalakte dekha;
Gum ko simat the dekha;
Iradone ko dubte dekha;
Rhistone ko bante dekha;
Payar ko khelte dekha;
Dil mein hasrateone ko angadiyane lete dekha;
Aankone mein khawaishone ko muskaratein hue dekha;
Umar ko bhadte dekha hain;
Zindagi ko ghat the dekha;
Har lamha ko maine ek nahi justju mein dekha;
Agar main ne kahine apne ap ko dekha hain tu sirf tumhari nazarone mein dekha!

Main ne kya nahi dekha is kainyaat mein.
